What are the dates and location of the conference?

Date: September 30 - October 3, 2025

Location: Omni Hotel, 7 E University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281

On September 30, there are no sessions. We start at 4 PM with registration and 6 PM with a welcome reception.

What is the theme or focus of the event?

Tax Planning and Practice Management

Are refunds or ticket transfers allowed?

Attendees may receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least 60 days before the event start date.

Attendees who cancel between 30 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund of their ticket price.

If unable to attend, tickets are transferable to another attendee at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event. To transfer tickets, the original purchaser must provide written notice with the new attendee’s name and contact details.

Are accommodations provided, or are attendees responsible for booking their own?

Accommodations are not provided, but we have a contract with the hotel to ensure our guests get the best rates, so book through our link. Guests are individually responsible for booking. Book HERE.

Are meals or refreshments included in the ticket price?

Drinks and food will be provided at the welcome reception. Breakfast, lunch, and breaks are provided on the 1st and 2nd of October, then just breakfast and breaks on the 3rd of October. (Breaks are just coffee, tea, and light snacks). There will be some dinner options available through our sponsor partners.

What should attendees bring to the conference (e.g., materials, devices)?

Bring whatever you need to take notes effectively, which you will implement when you get home. We see attendees get the best results when they apply what they learn to specific clients, so bonus points for having access to your client list during the event.
